Do you have minimum order quantities?
Yes. For any stock order, the MOQ is normally a box or a roll.
For anything custom it depends on a number of factors. For many parts, the minimum order quantities are 2000′, 5000′ or 10000′. It mostly depends on the size of the part but complexity does factor in.
Why is there minimum order quantities?
As a manufacturer, it takes time to setup each job so we want to make sure we can maximize each production run.
What is the best way to get a quote?
A drawing or a sample is the best way to get a quote. If you do not have either these, a sketch or a detailed part description is a great way to get started.
How long does it take to get a quote?
If we have all the information we need, you should expect to receive a quote within 24 hours.
What is your Lead time?
For all of our custom profiles, we normally run at a 3 week lead time.
Do you make plastic sheets?
No. Sheet extrusion is a slightly different process. We have done a number of flat panel type systems, but nothing classified as sheet extrusion
Do I get a price break if I order larger quantities?
For most parts, there is price breaks available for larger quantities. Larger quantities allows us to maximize our setup time and offer the savings back to the customer.
